Bourne records the motor lot, flight controller, camera and their revisions against each airframe serial. It checks them against the approved build and flags a missing or wrong scan while the unit is still on the bench.
Calibration, burn-in and software loading happen at different stations. Bourne brings their results back to the aircraft serial, assigns each open item, and gives system integration a list of aircraft that can move ahead.
