Our deployments start with a job a company needs done. You will learn how its people handle that job today, build with them, and stay close enough to know whether the new way works.

The work

• Map the workflow, data, handoffs, exceptions and decisions.
• Build and launch an agent or app with the customer and Bourne engineers.
• Measure what changed after launch, then find the parts other builders can reuse.

You might fit if

You have worked close to customers and can move from a conversation to a working product. You are willing to open the spreadsheet, trace a broken handoff and change course when the first version misses the mark.
